Renting prices are intended to be per residence and per week
and include :
Water, electricity , gas , taxes, final cleaning , weekly bed linen , towels
twice a week, private parking without guards and swimming pool in established hours from May up to October.
Stay:
Arrival : On saturday between 5 pm and 8pm
Departure : On saturday within 9 am
Extra charges :
Pets : € 50,00 for residence pest control, commonplaces excluded,
provided that they don't disturb guests and regularly declared to the authority .
Renting periods less than 6 nights: € 50,00 surcharge
Heating and/or air conditioning only for residence number 5-6-7-9-10: € 50,00 per week
Transfers from/to villa rosa for up to 8 persons:
Naples airport - villa rosa: € 120,00 for 2 persons + € 10,00 for every more person
Salerno train station - villa rosa: € 60,00 for 2 persons + € 10,00 for every more person
Deposit :
€ 200,00 in cash at arrival in the residence
(it will be returned in absence of damages when leaving the residence)
Payment methods:
50% when booking and 50% 15 days before the arrival at the residence
Cancellation policy:
Reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date will not be subject to any charge
Reservations canceled by 59 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge for 50% of the total price
